We offer on-site PC Support within the Johannesburg region. We have years of experience troubleshooting any PC issue, no matter how complicated the problem. We also offer one on one PC tutoring at the same callout fees. Computer support is charged at R250/hour, with a R50 callout charge within the Johannesburg region (from Roodepoort to Fourways to Eastgate).
We also offer maintenance plans. This can include problem troubleshooting, general maintenance and PC health and security checkups, and even tutoring. Maintenance plans are signed for a minimum of 3 months, with a 1 month cancellation notice.

Additional Callouts |

Once your limit of PC Support hours on your package has been reached, additional callouts will be charged at R200/hour plus R50/callout. This fee only applies to clients on maintenance contracts.
