Remote PC Support
Remote Support via TeamViewer is offered at R85/10 mins (rounded up) plus R40 per incident (ie. 30 mins support would be R295).

Drop and Collect
Where remote support is not possible, computers can be dropped off with us for repairs (or repair while you wait if a quick issue) in Emmarentia. Fees are based on R85 per 10 mins time spent.
On-Site IT Support
We can do callouts where necessary (eg. wifi/networking issues, or items too large/complicated to bring to us). We are Johannesburg-based, but sometimes we can assist Pretoria.
On-site PC support is charged at R480/hour plus a travel charge (see map of travel charges here).
